1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FourX platform (the “Service”) — including any website, API, or application operated by Truthrun Technology Private Limited (“FourX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
FourX is an AI agent platform that allows users to build, configure, deploy, and run AI-powered agents that can interact with third-party services, process data, and automate workflows. The Service includes access to the admin studio (admin.fourx.ai) and the end-user application (app.fourx.ai).
3. Accounts and Workspaces
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@fourx.ai of any unauthorized use of your account. FourX is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Workspaces are multi-user environments. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing member access, permissions, and the agents deployed within their workspace.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its availability.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory.
- Use agents to harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
FourX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use policy at its sole discretion.
5. Third-Party Integrations and OAuth
The Service allows you to connect third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub) via OAuth authorization flows. By connecting a third-party service, you:
- Authorize FourX to store access credentials on your behalf to enable agent actions within those services.
- Acknowledge that your use of connected services remains subject to those services’ own terms and policies.
- Accept responsibility for any actions your agents take within those connected services.
You can revoke any integration at any time from your account settings. Revoking a connection will prevent agents from accessing that service going forward and will delete stored credentials.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses large language models and other AI technologies to generate responses and automate tasks. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing agent outputs before acting on them.
- FourX does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
FourX and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of any content, data, and configurations you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant FourX a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Fees and Billing
Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. FourX reserves the right to change its pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FOURX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOURX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF FOURX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL FOURX’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO FOURX IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. FourX may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
